Two applications are available: Local Handicap Program (LHP) and Tournament Results Program (TRP).

LHP is an application that manages local handicaps for a golf club. It uses Excel workbooks for data storage (a unique workbook is created for each tournament). Handicap workbooks (HWB) include a membership roster, tournament schedule and golf course parameters in addition to scoring records and handicap information. LHP interfaces with the GHIN system to acquire USGA scoring records and handicap indexes and it publishes web pages of handicap information and Local scoring records.

TRP gets tournament scores from a file produced by LHP. It handles individual and team (both 2-man and 4-man teams) events, flight formation, and compiles results for a variety of tournament formats. Output is written directly to an Excel workbook.
